What room categories are available in the hotel?
There are 10 categories in total: standard type for economical accommodation with maximum comfort, for family accommodation, designer rooms, apartments and executive class rooms with sauna, Jacuzzi, rain shower, study and dressing room. Learn more about the rooms.

What is the room service?
- All rooms have free Wi-Fi access.
- Room cleaning and towel change daily;
- Change of bed linen every three days or on your request;
- Bathrobes and slippers are provided upon arrival, and a hairdryer is provided in each room for the convenience of guests.;
- Tea set, non-carbonated drinking water and a set of cosmetics are replenished daily in all room categories;
- Capsule coffee machine is installed in the Classic, Art, Art Family, Russian Deluxe, Smart, Studio Smart, Apartment Smart rooms (4 capsules are provided upon arrival) and on the Executive Floor;
- Family-friendly rooms include a microwave oven and a mini-bar. The rooms "Studio Smart" and "Apartment Smart" have kitchen and dining areas.;
- There are relaxation areas and ironing rooms on the floors, and self-service laundries are located on floors 10, 12 and 28 for those staying in Classic, Art and Family rooms.;
- All rooms of the hotel are non-smoking, there are no balconies in the rooms. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Citizens' Health, smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms. The Vega Hotel has a special smoking area next to the main entrance, which is ventilated and heated during the cold season.;
- For people with limited mobility, a comfortable room is provided on the seventh floor, equipped with a special shower cabin and a bathroom. If necessary, we are ready to escort the guest around the hotel. Room reservations are subject to prior request.;
- The view from the window can be either the Izmailovo Kremlin or Izmailovsky Park, depending on the location of the room.

What documents are needed when checking in?
For citizens of the Russian Federation – passport /passport /driver's license.
For foreign citizens – a valid passport with a visa and a migration card.

Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Yes.
Early check-in at no extra charge is possible subject to availability of rooms, the appropriate decision is made by the staff of the accommodation service on the day of your arrival. In case of high occupancy of the hotel, the staff of the accommodation service is entitled to offer an early check-in service for an additional fee.
The cost of early check-in is 2,500 rubles for rooms of the first category and 4,500 rubles for superior rooms.Loyalty program participants and families with children under 7 years old receive priority right to stay until the official check-in time without additional charges.
If you need to book a guaranteed early check-in in advance, you will need to make a payment equal to the full cost of the previous day.Late check-out for rooms of the category "Standard", "Art", "Classic", "Russian Deluxe", "Smart", "Standard Family" is paid at a fixed cost:
- from 12:00 to 18:00 — 2,000 rubles.
- from 18:00 to 00:00 — 4,000 rubles.
- after 00:00 — the cost of a full night's stay.
Late check-out for rooms of the categories "Art Family", "Studio Smart", "Apartment Smart", "Junior Suite" and "Suite" is calculated as follows:
- from 12:00 to 18:00 — 5,000 rubles.
- from 18:00 to 00:00 — the cost of half a night's stay.
- after 00:00 — the cost of a full night's stay.
Please note that the late check-out service is provided only if available on the day of departure.

Where can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
The Vega Hotel has a luggage storage.
Luggage storage is available to all guests free of charge on the day of arrival and during the stay.
After check-out, the luggage storage is charged in the amount of 200 rubles/day for 1 baggage space.

What rates and discounts are available when booking?

What are the conditions for accommodation with children?
Children under the age of 18 are accommodated at the hotel accompanied by their parents (guardians, adult escorts).
A sleeping place for a child can be arranged upon your request.:
- Up to 3 years old - in a baby cot or bassinet for free.
- Up to 7 years old - accommodation on a bed with parents is free of charge.
- From 7 to 14 years old - in an extra bed in the room, 1,800 rubles per day.
- 2 adults and 2 children – if one of the children is under 7 years old (free of charge), an extra bed is provided for the second.

Is it possible to stay with three people in a double room?
Yes.
Children under 7 years old can stay with their parents for free in all room categories.
Adults can stay with three people in rooms of the categories "Art family", "Studio Smart", "Apartment Smart". The cost of an additional seat is 1,500 rubles per day.

Is it possible to live with animals?
Yes. Accommodation with pets: cats, dogs and birds is possible in rooms of the "Standard" and "Standard Family" categories.
Upon arrival, you must pay the cost of accommodation: 1,800 rubles per day.

What currency is accepted for payment?
We only accept payments in rubles.
Prices on our website are indicated at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. If you pay with a card, the conversion takes place at the exchange rate of your bank.

How do I pay for my booking?
You can pay for a room online on our website, upon check-in at the reception by card or in cash. The payment receipt and the final invoice will be issued upon check-out.
For business travelers:
If you need closing documents, you must present a power of attorney from the organization upon check-in, after which we will prepare an act and invoice, which will be sent to the organization's mailing address.

Is cashless payment possible?
Yes, if you book a room on our official website hotel-vega.ru You can pay for your booking immediately online.
For business travelers:
To make a cashless payment, you must send an application on the company's letterhead by e-mail reserve@hotel-vega.ru with the seal, signature and details of the company. The application must specify the dates of residence and the name of the resident. Payment must be made no later than 3 days before the arrival of the guests.
The closing documents will be prepared within 4 business days after departure and sent to the organization's mailing address. At your request, we can send the scans in advance by e-mail.
If you need to make a reservation with an invoice less than 3 days before arrival, invoicing is possible only if you agree to make a security deposit remotely or upon check-in (the deposit will be refunded upon receipt of funds to the checking account).

Is it possible to pay for the reservation before arrival?
Yes. There are 2 ways:
1. You need to make a reservation on our website and choose one of the prepaid payment methods: "Bank card" or "QR Code Payment". An electronic cash receipt will be provided by ComfortBooking. You will receive it after payment to the email address you provided when booking.
2. If you already have an unpaid booking, you can request a payment link through the booking department by phone or email reserve@hotel-vega.ru . An electronic cash receipt will also be provided by ComfortBooking.

How do I make changes to my booking?
If the booking is made on the official website of the hotel, you can make changes to the booking yourself through the confirmation form that was sent to your email after the booking was completed.

Is it possible to cancel the booking and refund the money?
When booking and paying for a room on the official website of the hotel hotel-vega.ru The cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected tariff. Please read the cancellation policy in the booking confirmation. In some cases, free cancellation is only possible 24 hours before arrival at the hotel.
For bookings made by the organization by bank transfer, refunds are made only upon receipt of a written notification of cancellation/postponement of the trip sent to the mail of the booking department: reserve@hotel-vega.ru no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Vega Restaurant has a buffet system for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel.

The cost of breakfast and dinner buffet for children: up to 7 years old – free of charge; from 7 to 17 years old (inclusive) - 1250 rubles; from 18 years old - 1,600 rubles (only when booking on the website).

The restaurant of Russian cuisine "Geese- Swans" on the 1st floor of the hotel, according to the menu.

Yes. You can go to the reception desk at the entrance to the Vega restaurant and pay for meals in a convenient way for you.

Is it possible to add meals to the booking?
Yes, at the booking stage, you can choose a meal plan (if such a plan is available on the dates of your stay) or add additional meals at the next booking stage.

Can I order room service?
Yes. You can order room service around the clock, without restrictions at the minimum cost of the order. The most convenient way to do this is through the electronic concierge.

How do I become a member of the loyalty program?
You can get a permanent guest card when booking a stay of 1 night or more on the official website of the hotel.
The regular guest card allows you to book rooms with a special discount and receive cashback when choosing a payment "Russian bank card. Cashback for the reservation."
Discounts under the Vega Club 2.0 loyalty program cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.
You can open the card at the reception and accommodation desk at the hotel.

If you already have a valid promo code, enter it in the "Enter promo code" field at the booking stage. The tariff will be applied automatically.

Is there parking on site?
Yes. Parking spaces are available to guests of the Vega Hotel, as well as those who are invited to a conference or other event planned on its territory.
2 parking options available:
- Ground–level - for guests staying. Payment at the entrance. The service is provided by Slider LLC.
- Underground – for staying guests. Payment is made at the hotel reception.
The cost of parking is:
- 150 rubles/hour
- 700 rubles/day

There are also several free city parking lots within walking distance of the Vega Hotel.

Are there charging stations for electric vehicles in the hotel parking lot?
Yes, the underground parking area is equipped with charging stations with the ability to charge the most popular cars with electric motors.
