What services do we provide in rooms?

What documents are required for check-in?
For Russian Federation citizens – passport.
For foreign citizens - a valid passport with a visa and migration card.

Check-in time at the hotel - 14:00, check-out time from the hotel - 12:00.
Are early check in and late check-out possible?
Subject to availability, early check-in is free of charge.
If all of the rooms at the hotel are occupied, you must confirm the early check-in through payment for the previous day.
Late check-out is paid as follows:
from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM – hourly payment.
from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM – half of the overnight stay cost.
After 12:00 AM – -full day stay cost.
Are there rooms for people with disabilities?
For low-mobility citizens, there is a comfortable room on the seventh floor, equipped with a special shower and a bathroom. If necessary, we are ready to accompany the guest on the hotel territory. Reservation upon prior request.
What are the conditions of accommodation with children?
Children under 18 years should stay with their parents (guardians, accompanying adults).
At your request, you can arrange a bed for the child:
- Up to 3 years – cot or cradle for free.
- Up to 7 years – in bed with parents free of charge.
- From 7 to 14 years – in an additional bed in the room, 900 roubles per day.
- 2 adults and 2 children - if 1 of the children is under 7 years of sge (free), for the second child – extra bed.
Can three persons stay in a double room?
Children up to 7 years of age can stay with parents free of charge in all types of rooms.
Three adults can live in "Family Standard ", "Studio" "Apartment", "Executive Studio", "Residential Suite" and "Presidential Suite" type rooms. The cost of extra bed is RUR 900.
Can one stay with pets?
Upon arrival you must:
- Pay the accommodation cost: 1,000 roubles per day.
- Leave a deposit: 5,000 roubles if the animal weighs more than 5 kg.
Before check-in, please read the rules for accommodation with pets:
- Large animals (over 5 kg) in public areas (corridors, hallways and elevators) can be kept muzzled and on leashes, birds are kept in cages.
- In the room the bird must be in a cage.
- Pet can stay in the room only under your supervision.
- Keep clean in the room and on site.
- The number of pets allowed for accommodation depends on the number of rooms in the suite: one animal can live in one room.
- Guest staying with an animal, undertakes to comply with the sanitary and hygienic conditions in the room and on site.
Can I smoke in rooms and on site?
In accordance with the Public Health Care Act smoking in hotel rooms is prohibited. There is a special smoking area in Vega Izmailovo Hotel, located next to the main entrance, it is ventilated and heated during the colder months of the year.
In what currency is the payment accepted?
We accept payment only in roubles.
Prices on our website are acc. to RF CB exchange rate. If you pay with a card, conversion is performed at the exchange rate of your bank.
Payment by cash or card?
You can pay by check-in or cash at check-in. A payment receipt and a final invoice will be issued upon departure.
If you book online, additional payment methods are available for you:
- Payment by installments up to 6 months on an affiliate program for Sovcombank Halva cardholders.
Can I make cashless payment?
For payment by bank transfer, you must sand an application request on the company letterhead to e-mail email@example.com with a stamp, signature and company details. The application must specify the period of stay and the name of the resident. Payment must be made not later than 3 days before the arrival of guests.
Is there a refund for cashless payment?
For refund you need to write a letter on the company letterhead, certified by seal and signature of the Director General and Chief Accountant.
Can I pay for my booking before arrival?
To do this, you need to send a copy of your passport and of both sides of a credit card, as well as a letter of authorization on the basis of which will the payment will be made, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send a request to email@example.com to receive an authorization letter form.
Can I order meals to my room?
You can order room service 24 hours a day, without restrictions on the minimum order cost.

How to reach us from Moscow airports?
«Sheremetyevo-2»: you need to take Aeroexpress to the Belarusian Railway Station. Then - by metro on the route "Belorusskaya Radial" → "Teatralnaya" with transition to "Ploshchad Revolyutsii" → "Partizanskaya".
«Domodedovo»: take Aeroexpress to the to Paveletsky Railway Station, then by metro follow the route "Paveletskaya" → "Kurskaya" → "Partizanskaya". Taxi ride will take about an hour.
«Vnukovo»: take Aeroexpress to the to Kiyevsky Railway Station, then by metro follow the route "Kievskaya" → "Partizanskaya". Taxi ride will take about an hour and a half.
It should be taken into account, that traffic jams are a common occurrence, so the best solution is to book transfer in advance, during a booking of a room.
Aeroexpress runs with a half hour break from 05:00 a.m. to 00:30 a.m. depending on the airport.

The distance between the Komsomolskaya Square, uniting the Yaroslavsky, Kazansky and Leningradsky Railway Stations and Vega Izmailovo Hotel is only 4 km.
